I realize the property is going through some renovation. That said, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet in the mornings. The staff (manager) was courteous and pleasant. This is a comfortable, minimal frills motel, with restaurants located in the same area.

Although the cottage was out in the middle of "nowhere", it was actually conveniently located to two towns. "
